A day to raise awareness of how important your mental health is and help break the stigma.
Start a conversation about mental health today!
Ask yourself are you looking after your own mental health!
Talk about how you feel, ask others how they are feeling!
Mental illness cannot be seen like other illness can but it doesn’t mean it isn’t there!
The stigma around mental health needs to be wiped out!
Please never feel ashamed or scared to talk about your mental health problems!
And remember it’s ok not to be ok!
