So it’s suicide awareness month and I’ve seen a lot of posts around what depression looks like.
Ive had it all, you sound happy, you look better than I thought you’d look etc etc.
Depression doesn’t come with a dress code! It’s not written on people’s heads.
These pictures were taken a few hours before my mind gave up on me and I took a huge overdose. It was serious but I was lucky.
I wasn’t sure whether to post this or not but I want to help raise awareness. I’m lucky I got found and I’m still here.
Everyday I get stronger. My heart goes out to every person suffering 💗
Ask your friends and family are they ok!

Well done for posting this Heather. I look at these photographs and see a beautiful young woman with the world at her feet. Thankfully your troubled past enables you to help others now that you’ve found a way to a brighter future. Take care my friend.
