“Mental health” is a “label”, We All, inflict on ourselves. It is the “internal battle” to Cast Out “FEAR” and to let Go to Unconditional LOVE. It is these negative thoughts that keep us “trapped” in the past where it is familiar and where we feel safe. Letting go to Unconditional Love, is clearing away “that” which no longer serves YOU.
